Dispute Policy

If you have a dispute (for example about product quality, shipping, charges):
1. Initial Contact
Contact us (sales@shopvapes.ca) with the issue, order number, dates, and documentation or photos
where appropriate.
2. Review Process
We will review the claim, communicate with you about what we find, and propose a resolution (repair,
replacement, refund, etc.).
3. Escalation
If unresolved, escalate to management or specialized dispute resolution team.
4. Third■Party Mediation
If needed, we may agree to mediation or involve external consumer protection authorities or
ombudsman relevant to your province.
5. Time Limits
Claims must be made within a reasonable time (e.g. 30 days from delivery for defects).
