Refund policy

Eligibility
- Only wholesale / retail partner purchases as defined in our “Become a Retailing Partner” policy are
eligible.
- Products must be returned unopened, in original condition.
Timeframe
- Requests for refund or return must be made within 14 days of delivery (or other timeframe consistent
with local laws).
Process
1. Contact customer service (sales@shopvapes.ca or phone) to initiate return. Provide order number,
reason, photos if relevant.
2. Once approved, return the item to the specified return address.
3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Non■Refundable Items
- Opened, used, or damaged by customer.
- Items that are perishable or time■sensitive, if applicable.
- Items outside the return window.
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee may apply (e.g. for returns that are not defective).
